Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Full fees payment for the module chosen is required at the time of enrolment to confirm student's registration.
Fees paid for the course provides an access to course resources till the date of exam diet chosen.
We operate no refund, exchange and cancellation policy.
Fees paid can only be transferred (see below) to be utilised by that student him/herself.

For Live Online Regular Course, Transfers are only allowed for same module to immediate next intake within 1 month of fees payment date or commencement of the course, whichever is later. Incase a student requests to transfer after allowed duration, it will be accepted only after paying extra equals to the 50% of original course fees (price without promos).

For Pre-Recorded Regular Course, Transfers are only allowed for same module to immediate next intake within 15 days of fees payment date. Incase a student requests to transfer after allowed duration, it will be accepted only after paying extra equals to the 50% of original course fees (price without promos).

For Live & Pre-Recorded Revision Course, Fees paid is neither refundable nor transferable.
